UF molding powder is manufactured via the following two steps:
Step 1: Reaction→Kneading→Drying & Aging
Step 2: Grinding→Ball Milling & Post Treatment → Screening & packing
Process&Technology Features:The most advanced process in China is employed for this design to ensure that the product quality can reach the advanced International level. Especially the drying technology, we selected the one used by Perstorp Chemitec, Spa, consiting of international leading eddy current grinder, advanced ball milling machine with water jacket and improved special kneader.
