Introduction of EPP
EPP (Expanded polypropylene ):Polypropylene plastic foam material, industrial use of polypropylene plastic foam material (EPP), composed of solid and gas two phases, black, pink or white granular, diameter size generally in between φ2~7 mm. The outer walls of the EPP particles are closed and filled with gas. In general, its solid phase composition accounts for only 2% ~ 10% of the total weight, the rest is gas. The foaming material has the following characteristics:

1,Its density is generally 17 ~ 100 kg/m3. Customers can choose different density of pre-foam raw materials according to the needs of different mold products;
2,Heat resistance ability, usually temperature affordable - 40℃~110℃, even more affordable temperature range in a short time;
3,Good buffering performance, even in the case of not thick cushion can play a good buffering.

6,Construction industry (it can be used as building materials with good thermal insulation and sound insulation effect. Due to the low heat conductivity, low water vapor permeability, high energy absorption and compressibility of EPP material, it is suitable for filling the gap of uneven surface, such as: the filler, sealant retentive material and sealing strip in roof, wall, concrete slab and highway expansion joints. EPP foam board can promote the solidification of concrete by reducing the loss of heat and moisture. Using its low heat conductivity, EPP foam can be used as a roofing pad material for common buildings, through which sound transmission in multistory buildings can be reduced.

The EPP plate technology has been fully mature, It is better than EPP bubble bead mechanical performance, can be applied to the car roof, and the plate has been applied to Ikea in the process of transport packaging, manufacturing process of supercritical carbon dioxide foam, have obvious advantages than traditional paraffin foaming technology represented by the JSP (Japan) : low cost, environmental protection, no waste gas.
